The National Lung Cancer Screening Program (NLCSP) adds complexity most RIS and PACS weren’t built for. Providers must generate structured, synoptic reports with detailed nodule data, Lung-RADS scores, patient demographics, and smoking history—automatically integrated with the Telstra Health Registry. Manual processes can’t scale to meet these demands.

Ensures seamless image storage and retrieval, allowing comparisons across different providers. Our task would be collection of images from different providers for each patient.

Automates nodule detection, volume/linear measurement, segmentation, and Lung-RADS categorisation, which can be edited by reporting radiologist.
Dedicated Patient Interface
Collects clinical data, family history, and smoking history to enhance reporting accuracy and to comply with the required information sent to the registry.

Nurse Navigator Support
A respiratory-trained nurse provides patient support, reducing anxiety and managing post-screening inquiries from GPs and patients.

GP-Friendly Reports
In addition to Telstra submissions, we generate concise, text-based summaries with follow-up recommendations that integrate with your RIS.
Chest Subspecialist Radiologists
Our team of 10 subspecialist chest radiologists is available to support high-volume reporting, and we welcome other chest radiologists from your group who may wish to report their own cases using our platform.
